FRANTIC BLEEP Continue Work On Debut Album
February 29, 2004Norway's FRANTIC BLEEP have issued the following update via their official web site:
"We're still working on our debut album, things [have] been going a bit slow lately, but we hope to finish the album within the next couple of months. We've recorded the basic tracks and we hope to finish all the instrumental tracks soon. The production so far is great and we're very enthusiastic about it! The vocals will take some more time to finish up, simply because we're working with a new singer, which has been working out great so far (more info to come). Anyway, the album will definitely be worth the wait."
FRANTIC BLEEP were founded in November 2001 by Patrick Scantlebury (guitars, synth),Øyvind Sundstrøm (guitars) and Karl Arthur Renstrøm (drums). The group immediately started to write music, and in November 2002 they recorded four songs for their first (and only) demo CD, called "Fluctuadmission". During the recording, MADDER MORTEM's Paul Mozart Bjørke (vocals, bass) joined the group as a studio member.
FRANTIC BLEEP's debut is tentatively due this summer through The End Records.
